An idea from Pinterest to split the stamp into 3 circles

I stamped the boat onto white vellum with Versamark and embossed black powder over it, then I turned the sheet over and coloured with Stampin' Write Makers before punching out the circles and adhering to a Whisper White Circle.

Stamp Sets: Two by Two
Card Stock Colour: Whisper White, So Saffron, Pool Party, Soft Suede, Naturals White
Punches: 1-1/4" Circle, 1-3/4" Circle, 2-3/8" Scallop Circle(to make word window), Eyelet Border Punch
Other: White Gel Pen, Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack, Paper-Piercing Tool, Black Embossing Powder, Stampin' Write Markers, White Vellum, Perfect Polka Dots TIEF
